5 things home inspectors want you to know
You should attend your home inspection and if a home inspector or realtor discourages you  from attending your home inspection it should be a red flag. Choose an inspector wisely, keeping in mind their skills and experience will vary and some inspectors will even water down certain aspects of the inspection as to not kill a deal. The best home inspectors are ASHI certified and will tell you everything you need to know.

Get your home inspection scheduled as quickly as possible.

Home Inspectors may uncover something that requires an additional special type of inspection or evaluation by a contractor for repair costs. So get your home inspection scheduled as quickly as possible.

“At the end of the day, the inspector shouldn’t tell you whether you should buy the house. A home inspector is like what a news reporter is supposed to be: objective and reporting just the facts”. – says Laura Agadoni with trulia.com.
