So I can educate and inform the buyer about the good, the bad, and the ugly.  I am not an alarmist and do my best not to be a deal killer, but your buyer deserves to know what they are buying. This way they can make a less emotional and more educated decision about their purchase. The home inspection reduces your potential liability – I am covered by Errors and Omissions insurance and General Liability insurance, and we offer agent indemnification coverage to help protect real estate professionals in the event a claim is brought against them.
